It’s been awhile since I did a weekly pick post. Here we go with some of my fav picks to look out for for the Fall season.
Lots of tribal patterned tee’s and shirts this year. This one’s from Swagger’s 2011 F/W collection. Available now for approximately $120 USD.

A nice and solid touch from McQueen’s 2011 F/W footwear collection.

Don’t be shy with them sweaters when the weather starts to get cooler. Love this look from Opening Ceremony’s collaboration with Rodarte.

This is a fantastic piece from Japanese label TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSololst, utilizing a mix of fabrics with some interesting cuts.

You’ve probably been seeing a lot of similar style boots recently if you’re the hipster type. This Brogue Boot from British label Tricker’s is available now at Nitty Gritty for $686 USD

I’ve always been a fan of the cooler silhouette offerings from Nike when it comes to hi-top dunks. The charcoal/gold mix will easily go well with any wardrobe you’ll whip up for the Fall.

To be honest, I haven’t been as impressed with some of the latest looks from Alexander Wang, but this felt jacket caught my eyes. The inspiration for the construction clearly comes from several different garments. The Felt Jacket pairs a bomber jacket style with a sport coat into one piece. Available now at Restir.

It’s still a bit early for the black winter coat, but in case you’re looking for a new coat this winter, here’s a nice offering from Wings + Horns. Designed with toggle buttons in front as well as a snap hood with a nylon liner. Available now Haven for $394.

Ever wanted one of those lomo cameras but didn’t want to take the plunge and drop a 50 for a plastic toy? If you got some time and patience, here’s how you can make your own camera and get that holga feel. If I had some time on my hands, I’d really like to give this a shot.

We’re finally back with a new edition of Foto Friday. Naturally it needs to comeback with a bang. This is my favorite series of photos featured so far. Anton Kusters have been given access for the past 3 years to follow and photograph the inner circles of the Yakuza. Unfortunately the 500 limited edition photo book have all been sold out. For behind the scene stories, visit Anton’s website here.

Sorry for the lack of activity on the blog lately, been busy with some new project but we’re back now! I’ve got some cool new things for the blog to share with you all that hopefully will keep things interesting. Keeping things fun today, I found these new shots in the latest issue of GQ showcasing Hangover funny man Ken Jeong photobombing the beautiful blond Kate Upton. It doesn’t get much better than this. It makes me wonder if I should have subscribed to the iPad edition of GQ instead of Esquire…
